Smoothie Recipe: 2nd Edition


...And by "recipe," I mean whatever happens to be in the fridge that hasn't expired and I can toss into a blender without breaking it. With that said, here's another scrumptious smoothie concoction with no exact measurements:

-1 banana
-1 small handful of organic blueberries
-1 teaspoon (or less) of organic peanut butter (none of this has to be organic)
-Usually 2 handfuls of organic baby spinach
-Chia seeds
-Sliced Arkansas Black Heirloom apple
-Local honey (optional)

Add ice, and blend.
